Shake N Bake Chicken w/ Carrots + Ranch
Eating this meal the other day made me feel nostalgic, as we ate this so much when I lived in Calgary with my grandma. This was our go to meal back when life was busy and buzzing. It’s great because there is almost no prep time for the chicken. The side of carrots & ranch was inspired by the fact that we lived next door to an amazing farmers market.
