We all know that chicken is a great source of protein, but who wants to eat plain chicken breasts all the time?! Not me! That’s why I have made the deep dive and found as many delicious chicken seasonings as possible! Here’s one:
Parmesan Chicken Breasts
Recipe originally from Pinterest and altered.
Ingredients
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ bread crumbs
- 1 tsp EACH dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp EACH paprika , salt, and black pepper
- Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
- Mix cheese, crumbs and all seasonings
- Dip chicken in butter and coat with cheese mixture
- Place in sprayed baking pan
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
- Here I served mine with rice- my go-to healthy carb, and chopped veggies!
