We all know that chicken is a great source of protein, but who wants to eat plain chicken breasts all the time?! Not me! That’s why I have made the deep dive and found as many delicious chicken seasonings as possible! Here’s one:

Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Recipe originally from Pinterest and altered.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp EACH dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
  • ¼ tsp EACH paprika , salt, and black pepper
  • Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix cheese, crumbs and all seasonings
  2. Dip chicken in butter and coat with cheese mixture
  3. Place in sprayed baking pan
  4. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  5. Here I served mine with rice- my go-to healthy carb, and chopped veggies!
