We love our steak night’s over here at the K’s. I’m always looking for ways to make them both healthy AND delicious. We all know the importance of vegetables I’m not here to preach that to you, but we also all struggle to find veggie involving recipes that are actually good. So here’s one of my go-to’s:

You can do this with whatever veggies you want to, in the above picture I just did broccoli because I was making dinner for one, and broccoli is my fav veggie (weird I know). 

1. Preheat oven to 425

2. Chop up veggies (broccoili, cauliflower, carrots etc)

3. Spread veggies out on sprayed down baking sheet

4. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt and seasoning salt- don’t be afraid to be generous.

5. Bake 20-25 mins

Hopefully you find that this recipe sucks a little less than other roasted veggie recipes you’ve tried. Enjoy!Â
