Hamburger Soup RecipeÂ
Recipe created by my mom’s friend Debbie Steeves
Ingredients
- Pound of hamburger
- 6 cups of water
- 3 cubes beef bouillion
- 28oz. canned tomatoes
- 1 ½ onions
- 2 cups carrots
- salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup barely
- 2 bay leaves
- 28oz. canned tomato sauce
- 1 ½ celery sticks
Directions
- Brown hamburger, add half an onion
- Put all ingredients into a big pot & bring to a boil
- Bring down to simmer
Note: also can cook in the crock pot for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
