Hamburger Soup Recipe 

Recipe created by my mom’s friend Debbie Steeves

Ingredients

  • Pound of hamburger
  • 6 cups of water
  • 3 cubes beef bouillion
  • 28oz. canned tomatoes
  • 1 ½ onions
  • 2 cups carrots
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/3 cup barely
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 28oz. canned tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ celery sticks

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger, add half an onion
  2. Put all ingredients into a big pot & bring to a boil
  3. Bring down to simmer

Note: also can cook in the crock pot for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
