Delicious Chicken Breast, Rice + Broccoli

We’ve all heard it… eat chicken, rice and broccoli! We’ve also all thought about dry chicken and flavorless broccoli and thought there must be a better way! So here is my recipe for chicken, rice and broccoli that is actually flavor filled and delicious!

Ingredients:

-chicken breats
-1 lemon
-pink himalayan salt 
-desired amount of rice
-1 crown of broccoli
-1 carton of chicken broth

1. Preheat oven to 350. 

2. Lay raw chicken breasts in a baking dish, add about 1/2″ of water to the bottom of the dish to prevent chicken from getting dry. Slice lemon in half, squeeze lemon juice over chicken, coat top of  chicken breasts with pink himalayan salt.

3. Bake chicken breasts at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until center is no longer pink.

4. While chicken is baking, cook rice according to directions on package.

5. Cut up broccoli, steam using chicken broth rather than water, this will add a great flavor to your broccoli!

6. Once everything is done cooking, serve and enjoy! Â
