Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

Frozen mixed veggies
Chicken breasts
Rice
Additional veggies of choice (optional)
butter
Note: measure ingredients based on your desired amount of rice. For two people and some leftovers I usually make 2 cups of rice, 2 chicken breasts, 1 ½ cups of frozen veggies and 2 celery sticks.

Directions

  1. Cook rice
  2. Chop chicken into small chunks
  3. Boil veggies
  4. Fry chicken until cooked
  5. Chop up additional veggies (if desired) and add to chicken once chicken is cooked, fry veggies until cooked
  6. Once all ingredients are cooked, add together in large frying pan, stir together, add a heaping tablespoon of for taste
  7. Serve and enjoy!
