Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
Frozen mixed veggies
Chicken breasts
Rice
Additional veggies of choice (optional)
butter
Note: measure ingredients based on your desired amount of rice. For two people and some leftovers I usually make 2 cups of rice, 2 chicken breasts, 1 ½ cups of frozen veggies and 2 celery sticks.
Directions
- Cook rice
- Chop chicken into small chunks
- Boil veggies
- Fry chicken until cooked
- Chop up additional veggies (if desired) and add to chicken once chicken is cooked, fry veggies until cooked
- Once all ingredients are cooked, add together in large frying pan, stir together, add a heaping tablespoon of for taste
- Serve and enjoy!
